MISSION STATEMENT

It is the Mission of the Sutton County Underground Water Conservation District to preserve and optimize our groundwater resources for the use by current and future residents of the District.


Request for Qualifications for General Counsel and Related Legal Services

The Sutton County Underground Water Conservation District requests statements of interest and qualifications from qualified firms to provide general counsel and related legal support services.  The selected firm shall employ members that are licensed to practice law with the State Bar of Texas.

 2023 Tax Rate Worksheet 
*The Board will propose a tax rate on Sept 12, 2023  and will schedule a public hearing for that rate on Sept 26, 2023 at 9am.
